El Minotauro

El Minotauro

A Poem by Reverent

Open the window Smoke isn’t faithful Sneak to my bedroom There’s a demon in the air Broken on pornos El Minotauro Seven bottles every night Has its breath on my bruise Learn how to keep low From mazes of lite glow Into a smile from Volumes of 10 proof Slur your stumble down the hall And all your loving is a drowsy swing Blood on the kitchen floor It's nice to see you grin I have come to Be afraid Of the silence of your Sin And I succumb With wavering To the hand that tucks me In I don't want to- Any more Be a bandage on your Wound I know you loved me All you could, but you really Fucked me up For good
