“I'm Not The Marrying Type,” He Said

“I'm Not The Marrying Type,” He Said

A Story by Reveal

He told her that he's not the marrying type...
(in a nanosecond) she reply, “Oh, but I am.”
It seemed to only move him to the stance he once displayed when they first talked about six months earlier as he had mentioned that he was never getting married.
"Never?..." that seemed to be far-fetch for a strong, handsome, intelligent, and humorous man, she thought.
Nevertheless, what she really heard is that he would not marry the woman he was with.
This actually gave her a positive notion to entertain flirtatious ideas
and she responded to those feeling as she was already very attracted to him.
The very sight of him gave her the impression that he was the essence of a manly man.
The way his tools was organized in the trunk of his car,
and how he laid them out in preparation for the job to preform, and especially his hands, WOW...to her... they seemed gigantic as he held the heavy steel that had been molded into an alternator; he held it as though it was a baseball or some type of weightless matter.
She was so confident that if he got to know her he would find her to be an idea wife as most men that encountered her seemed to have gathered about her.

At the slightest sign a man is not interested

That is enough to walk away
