REMEDIESA Poem by Rene Velez
They set the mood,
with nothing to say, remedies can be enemies, enemies yesterday, but not today, pinks, yellows, blues, one, three, or maybe two, conditions of anatomy, aware of my astronomy, autonomy escapes me, I am yellow, I am blue, silence, my tongue I chew, I am grey clouds, some days the Sun, a semblance of happiness is long overdue, yet, a smile, I pursue, far and few, I sway from yellow to blue. © 2019 Rene Velez |
