How far would you walk
to get your words across?
would you walk on
burning bridges? heal a
wound without stitches?

on what mountain
would you stand?
would you accept
a helping hand?

would you shine a light
to find the lost?
challenge the frost
of humanity?
would you speak so avidly?

even from the furthest
outposts of your truth?
or make an excuse?
and fail the youth of
tomorrow?

even if the message
is reduced, to where,
only one would follow?
