MARGE IS LEAVING

MARGE IS LEAVING

A Poem by Rene Velez

It's the majesty
of the mountains,
she'd seen, a feel,
warm and serene
...maybe, God had
intervened,

sometimes, life
calls for a change,
take a new form,
like caterpillar's
tansform into
butterflies,

she has excitement
in her eyes, her
imagination flies,
to a new, and unfamiliar,

a certain refinement,
maybe a retirement
her stars in alignment,
she, the family pillar,

so many will miss her,
memories, in her mirror,
may she will find what her
heart is seeking,
her soul still breathing...
Marge is leaving.
