INSPIRATION

What else can I say?
I can talk about people and their
struggles living on minimum wage,
What else is there to say?
I can write about a president
and his tantrums if he
doesn't get his way,

I've written in many ways,
I think I've written, almost,
everything there is to say,
of tomorrow's and today,
sadness and play,
politics and decay,

yet, again, in someway,
I will find things to add,
in pen, in pencil or on a keypad,
about the good and bad,
every word ironclad,

Inspiration -
is when I hear child laugh,
Inspiration-
is a world on the wrong path,

so, please allow me to begin again,
if I may, to save a new friend,
and lies to apprehend,
this I will try...until my very end.
