ACCEPTANCE

I slipped through the
cracks of creativity
and found poetry,

no sound
only written words,
not bound by the laws
of the universe,

Above,
but a spiritual thing,
release from the
limitations we know,

like wings reaching
that continual light,
and truth, an honor guard,

to thoughts we hold dear,
sharing one reality
in a congregation of many.

acceptance, our only appeal.
