PRIVYA Poem by Rene Velez
Sometimes I do my
best work there, where I put the day on pause looking at my reflection, a testament to the peace of mind one can conjure, as thoughts dance in colored swirls, behind the door I sit, ventilation of the things I air, and tossing what's not needed in a waste bin, and sometimes we go numb, waiting too long for things we know, may never come out. © 2018 Rene Velez |
