LITTLE SNOWBALLS

LITTLE SNOWBALLS

A Poem by Rene Velez

Panda faced
red sweater,
four paws
hopping over
fresh fallen snow,

sprint to the left,
sprint to the right,
shake off the
excess,

stand firm in
the ragged wind,
nose in the air
but no sign of
scents,

face full of snow
and a snow coated
red sweater,
dog fur matted
with little snowballs.
