CLEARLY DIVINE

CLEARLY DIVINE

A Poem by Rene Velez

I wiil go back where I came.
I am the beginning and the end.
A spasm in the heart of eternity,
Stars I can not defend.

Like suspended coins aimed
for a wishing well, our desires
we never tell, but reside
behind the eyes, where the
soul silently rebels.

Footprints upon my passsge,
and to each their own. The old
adage. A universal language
within us all.

I am the essence.
I am present in the moment.
A component in a grand design.
A product of atonement
by the clearly divine.

Thanks Tracey, much appreciated, I'm still on Facebook
Beautifully flowing writing; I loved the thought of oneself being "a spasm in the heart of eternity" and for me this has all the richness of being truly in the present moment
