NEW SELFA Poem by Rene Velez
It's not me anymore,
I've moved on, on to greener pastures, the trees have swayed waving me in, the wind calling as a sweet whisper, humming like honey bee's by pollinated flower, my eyes have shifted from skyscrapers to dandelions standing tall, engaged in midday fireworks, Eagles in aerial acrobatics airliners could never accomplish, leave me in the leisure of my lawn, as plush as any carpet in the holiest temples, here I have been reborn into my new self. © 2016 Rene VelezReviews
