GOOD, IS SO MINIMAL

GOOD, IS SO MINIMAL

A Poem by Rene Velez

I don't know about you
but I'm tired. I want the
next stop off.
It's not fun anymore.

I must have been crazy
to come here, why would
anyone want to be here,

good is so minimal
it barely scratches the
surface, everything is artificial
from food to human hearts.

If I could I would warn my
future Grandchildren to stay away.
