Thorns that cut,

Fist that punch,

Seemingly impossible,

To grasp tightly,

Or for too long.

 

Colorful petals,

Wonderful minds,

Beauties within,

Hard to tell,

With the outer shell.

i'd agree.. they are free to roam.. they allow the reader to interpret how ever they please fits their own lives. i like that... I really like this one! the intertwining of rose and people characterisitcs makes it stand out!
