Dragon's GoldA Poem by Rem SevvenWritten September 3,2005.
Into a cave of gleaming gold-
I found a treasure, a dragon's hold, There were jewels of tremendous girth- Buried deep within the cold dark earth. Rubies, sapphires, treasures unseen, Scattered all around with nothing in-between. Gold and silver orbs giving off their light, What a pretty sky we have tonight. I found a treasure, a dragon's hold, In the zenith up above. Look at what these heavens hold, Treasures still unseen. Scattered all around, With nothing in-between. © 2011 Rem Sevven |
