The Cruel GradeA Poem by Rem SevvenIn regards to the red grade put on art. written Nov. 27, 2019
The picture is never done.
The story never told. But for a small outrage, What of more cannot be made. The teacher thinking none, Would for a good praise scold. Peastode upon my page, A bold and red marked grade. It may have been for fun, To not be bought or sold. An idea that will never age. Hampered by a thoughtless praise.
