A Poem by Reika
"

Live.Love.Life

"

To love,

with no conditions;

To have joy,

without contradiction;

To bring peace,

with no alteration;

To suffer long,

and hold tight to your patience.

To radiate kindness,

from your being;

To be true to yourself,

and have faith, though unseen;

To be gentle to touch,

to feel and to see;

To break the bonds,

and be able to breathe.

Your sanity is treasure;

Keep it close to your heart;

Know that your life is beautiful;

And from sadness,

Depart.

Excellent reminder in a charming Buddhic manner to plainly treasure the breath of the present moment.

Such understated steely strength presented as gently as a breeze!

If I were more formal, I would say you are an exquisite Dharma warrior!

Thank you.

as i read the pain and joy of you poems . it makes me feel like a peace of s**t as being a man because everything in my life i use it up until i couldn`t take any more. it took me more than 50 years to learn about how and what respect is . and know that i am not in control.. i enjoyed the poem.
