title means, "Lovely Song". Well, if you write it with the right Kanji (Style of Japanese writing/characters) it comes out to "Rei" which means "Lovely" and "Ka" which is one of the readings of "Song".

I'm longing to reach you

I reach toward the stars

My hands may not make it

But my heart can go far

 

My wish is to hear you

Your voice, so serene

My wishes turn feelings

My feelings turn dreams

 

I dream of too much

Of your warmth against mine

The moment our lips touch

And our hearts beat in time

 

I long for that day when my heart can again, beat with yours

I long for the hour you walk though that door

I'm counting each minute that slowly goes past

Each second I say to myself,

"I don't think I can last."

I don't know what to do

And it is singing to you

 

The harmony's sweet

The melody's strong

how sweet! remember when we did Honk! Jr. and i told you backstage that one time that your singing voice sounds like a little stream running through the English woods? This poem is the equivalent.

I really love "My wishes turn feelings My feelings turn dreams," cause its just such a soft line, but still filled to BURSTING with emotion.

and I really like "Listen, my heart beats so fast," because instead of a simple line, you added "listen" and made it about a hundred times better.
