As the world breaks beneath me

As the world breaks beneath me

A Story by Robin the Empath

As the world breaks beneath me, I better understand entropy. Everything gradually reduced to the same state of chaos. The world breaks, the sky bends, the oceans crash. To what end? Entropy. We all move toward an inevitable end of chaos, depression, and insanity. But this means little. The big bang spread the universe, but eventually it will reach singularity again. It will start over. Life is built of cycles. We are born, we die, and others are born. The world was built to be this way. In the end it will all catch up to its starting point once again. Entropy is just part of this cycle. And as the world breaks, I know it will reform. As the sky bends, it will find its shape again. And waves will form and crash as they do. Understanding that this is the cycle of life allows one to separate from it. Experience the cycle from both outside and inside its bounds. One can find peace in the fact that even though the world seems cruel and ruthless, it isn't always going to be. Pain and misery, in time can be mended. And life, as it is, will change. It is not hopeless, despite the growing closeness to entropy that we all face. The cycle will continue on as it always has. As it always will.

I loved reading this piece. You had me at "As the world breaks beneath me, I better understand entropy." Then you graciously provide enough information about entropy so your readers don't have to Google it to follow you.
That said, a couple of nit-picks that might make it flow a little better (take them with a grain of salt): "We all move towards an inevitable" (I think the correct usage is 'toward') "It is how it was supposed to be." (I would say; "This is how it is supposed to be." or "This is how it was meant to be." ) "In the end it well all reach its starting point once again." (Beautiful sentence - fix the typo :) and maybe play with a more vivid, poetic way of saying "reach"??) "It is not hopeless. Despite the growing closeness to entropy that we all face." (I would put these together in one sentence. - Your sentence length variety has been accomplished and this flow should be welcome.)
