Before and AfterA Story by MandyMarielle is moving to a new town. Actually, she's moving to an entirely new state. Everything feels so fresh and exciting, and this is Marielles year to REALLY shine. No more bottom feeder status.July.25,2010 Okay, so here's the deal: I'm Marielle Whitto, I'm 13 years old, (just turned it last month; June.11th), and I'm moving to a new town before the new school year starts. Actually, I'm moving to an entirely new state, and it just so happens that we're on our way right now; half way there. Half way from California to Florida. Marabella, Fl, to be exact. It's this cute little town just outside of Orlando, it's pretty much exclusive, and like only really rich people know about it. Like, the whole town is gated off, and there's a giant 4-floor garage to park your car before you get into the town, and another garage for your adorable little golf cart, and everyone just drives those around town. And town has like evverrytthingg you could ever want, from tanning salons to pet shops to movie theatres and restraunts, and like everything in between. So to put it blatently, I'm like mega excited. And the sweetest part is, the school is RIGHT in town. So like everyone that lives there just goes to that school, and there'll be no dirty kids of freaks. At least I'd imagine not.. Anyways, we're almost out of Kansas now. The route my dad chose to take is like mega gay, we haven't seen anything interesting at all. We're about to pull into a hotel for the night like any hour now, we're just waiting to spot one nice enough. Tough luck with that out here in bumville.. After a full day of driving without stop, (other than Caraba's for lunch and Aunt Chillie's for dinner) the Whitto's white Cadilac Escelade finally made a pull into the parking lot of the perfect five-star hotel for their family- Aalpha Royal's Inn. Mariella and her 9 year old brother, Paxton, were fast asleep in the back by the time they got there. Mrs.Whitto took the honor of waking up the kids while Mr. Whitto unloaded the family's overnight bags. Mrs. Whitto took on Marielle first. She aproached her daughter in a light, sweet manor, gently shaking her shoulder and whispering "darling, we're at the palace." Marielles eyes opened ever-so-slowly, and she groggily moaned "palace...whatever...sleeping". Then her eyes drifted back to closed. Mrs. Whitto knew it'd be a challenge waking her daughter, as it always was. Just like any other time, she started out sweet, and now it was time to take it up a notch. Mrs. Whitto placed a firm hand on each of her daughters shoulders, lifting her up and out of her seat, and standing her upright on the ground outside the vehicle. "There you go, now you're awake!" Mrs. Whitto smiled. "Ugh, MOM!" Marielle was not pleased, but all it took was for her mother to spin her around to face the hotel, and her tone and attitude perked right up. "Oh...my....gawd!" Marielle was stunned by the beauty of the hotel. Mrs. Whitto smiled brightly, flashing her veneers. "Aalpha Royal's Inn!" © 2010 MandyAuthor's Note
