Momma Gone Crazy

Momma Gone Crazy

A Story by Mandy

Momma Went Insane

A Childrens Scary Storey.

Ages: 8-12.

Kathy Anderson had always had a close relationship to her mother, Rose Anderson, all throughout her childhood. However, on Kathy's twelveth birthday, she decided she didn't like her mother anymore. She didn't just decide this out of nowhere, it was just that she had been noticeing a lot of strange behaviors in her mother in comparison to all of her friend's mother's. She didn't like her mother's trait's, and they scared her quite often. Momma was a clean freak. Now, saying that is putting mildly. Momma...was a grade-A obsessive, mad, controlling clean freak queen! She was always right behind everyone, following them around with a sponge and a bottle of soapy water. She dusted everything twice a day; right after brushing her teeth in the morning, and right before brushing them at night. She was constantly running the vacuum, and we go through about 6 bottles of windew per week. Stanely Steemer is on speed dial on mom's cell phone. The list goes on, but I'd rather not bore you. Anyways, when Kathy turned twelve, she made a wish while blowing out her candles. She wished that she could some how break away from her mother and start her own life. Her dad died when she was just a baby, and her mom was the only family member she had in her town of Wiscount, Maryland. She knew of one Grandmother she had somewhere is Omaha, Nebraska, so she decided she could look her up by last name once she made it to that town. One night, Kathy packed a bag with all of the clothes and things she would need on her trip. She even stole sixty dollars from her mom's purse. She was set and ready to jump a train to Omaha. It was raining hard, so Kathy had her hoodie up and craddled her stuff underneath her. She was running down their long dirt driveway, and she almost made it to the end, when her mother showed up from out of nowhere right behind the car! Kathy saw her through the rear view mirror, and hit the breaks hard in terror. Kathy didn't like the way her mom looked. Rose Anderson was pale white, and her eyes were sunken in. She was bone thin, and her hair was frail. Kathy rolled down her window out of respect for her mother, not yet knowing she was a monster. Rose walked over and stuck her head in the window. "I'm clean, baby." Rose said to Kathy in a psychotic tone. "I'm clean, and you're dirty. I don't like to have dirty children. It makes me ashamed. Ger out of the car, Kathy. Do as momma says." Kathy got out of the car out of fear and respect for her mom. Once out of the car, Rose grabbed Kathy's hand with her bony, cold own. Kathy shuttered in disguist. Rose led Kathy back into the house. Once inside, Kathy was led to the living room, where her three best friends were tied to the couch! Kathy suddenly realized that her mother was a monster! A killer! She had to kill her and rescue all of her friends, and herself! But before she could even act, rose grabbed Kathy by the wrists, and some how forced her down to the chair. For as frail as she looked, this monster version of momma had a lot of strength. Rose tied Kathy to the chair, then got up and walked into the kitchen. Kathy's three best friends, Rene, Gina, and Emma, were crying and looked horrified. "I always thought your mom was weird, but not to this degree!" Rene muffled to Kathy. Kathy began to cry, as well. "It isn't my fault! I don't know what's going on, either! I was going to run away to Omaha tonight, but momma captured me!" Kathy began to cry harder. "This isn't your mom, Kathy!" Gina screamed out. "This is a cold blooded monster. Or demon. It's something that posessed your mother!!" Gina stopped crying. Rene looked up. "I think I see it comming!" All four girls looked up. There stood momma with a bottle of windex and a sponge. She sprayed everything with windex, and scrubbed it all. Then, she turned to the girls. All four of them kicked and screamed and begged, but momma sprayed them all down with windex, and scrubbed them until she was satisfied. She followed by covering them in bleach! They were so terrified, they sealed their eyes shut in order to keep the bleach out! Then momma left the room. The girls all moaned and tried to calm themselves. Once the bleach dried, they opened their eyes. All of a sudden, momma came back into the room, but along with her came a dark shadow behind her. The girls knew that this "shadow" was not momma's. The shaddow's big hand raised up, then it struck the momma monster right in the back of the neck with a knife. Momma monster shreiked, so did all four girls, then the monster dropped, and the girls felt the most intense releif. Out from the shaddow came their hero, an extremely attractive young man that didn't look familiar. Then, out from behind him stepped his three also very attractive friends. Each of the boys picked the girl they felt a connection with, and untied her. Once they were all standing and able to walk, the first young man spoke. "So...you girls all wanna come to dinner tonight? There's a party after!" The girls looked flattered. "But we're all covered in bleach! We wish we could.." Kathy looked disapointed. "Go take showers. We'll wait." One of the boys offered. The girls went from terrified for their lives, to thankfull and giddy for their lives, in such a short period of time. It was because of these boys. They really were lifesavers. And now maybe...they'll be life partners. They all talked about it in the shower, and while getting ready. The night went extremely well. By the end of that night, they were all dating the guy they were with. Funny thing is, this was all 30 years ago. All four couples are still together to this day. They're all still best friends. And as for momma, well..she left a note that they ignored back on the day she was killed. It read "30 years". They all forgot about that silly note long ago, and went on with their lives as if that whole incident had never happened. Well, it's that thirtieth year, and momma's comming back. Momma's comming back with a vengance!
