I see sunshine on a cloudy day :D

A Story by Mandy

Through all the mess and chaos in my mind, which never seems to slow down, it's hard to see how okay I really am. Everything's gonna be alright. I realize that no, nothing is permenant, and no, not everything is gonna go the way you'd like or according to plan, but in the end, it's all gonna be fine. I'm breatheing, I'm alive, and as long as I've got breath in me, I have the power to change things, the power to improve any situation. You can't control what happens, and life will throw in your face your fair share of unexpected inconveniences and disapointments, but you can, however, control your reaction, and how you handle the situation. If you take the time to slow down and breathe, calm down, and obtain a level head..you'll see the light. Life is a game of trial and error, and with each failure and struggle comes strength and self improvement, and life makes you stronger every day through experiences, some good and some bad. As long as you vow to yourself to give 100% in all that you do, and never give up or lose hope, there's really nothing to worry about. Everything will eventually fall into place, so long as you have the will to make it. The worst thing you can do is give in to pressure and stress, and allow your vulnerability to get the best of you. Never give up hope, because without hope, there is no drive or motivation to get anywhere...there is just a pointless wasted life and self...and nobody wants that..

It feels so humbling to be in what apears as a negative situation, yet to allow it to happen without fighting it, and plan on giving your all in whatever happens. To keep a positive mindset, and ahead of time come to the final conclusion that you will allow nothing to break you down or hold you back, nothing to get in your way or make you give up. Because really, when you fight a situation you have no control over, it's nothing but a lose/lose situation. Either way, you can't win. No matter what. Because as long as you hold a negative mindset, you will deffinitly receive a negative outcome. When you make the best of whatever life throws your way, of whatever happens to happen, you can't lose. Because the same applys, with a positive mindset comes a positive outcome. Granted, it can be extremely tough, almost impossible seeming, but if you truely have the will to make it, and a little bit of self control, you can train yourself to form and keep positive habits that will improve your life all around, to where you'll be set and armed for whatever might occur. It's up to you, you can allow a negative experience or situation to have a negative impact on you and your life, or a positive one. Which one do you think most people would prefere? It's really that simple; It's all in your head.
