Do you remember me?

Do you remember me?

A Poem by Mandy
"

The stages of my life.

"

Do you remember me?
I haden't done a thing.
My head was filled with strange ideas,
But I'd never felt a sting.

Can't you see me now?
Publicitized a little more.
Now they know who I am.
But don't know what's in store.

Is it okay for me to cry?
Or am I just being weak?
I'm silenced, muted by intimidating eyes.
So I choose not to speak.

I'll wither into nothing,
In this corner all alone.
My coler's slowly fadeing,
As I turn into stone.

Do you remember me?
I've changed, but I'm still here.
I'll settle for a trade,
A smile for a tear.

My God, how this poem reminds me of high school. I really like your rhythm and passion.

I think it would be even better if you used a few poetic devices, like metaphors and imagery, to stimulate the reader.

Love it!
