You want WHAT?

another piece that I just found sitting in my old poetry folder when I was poking around

You want a poem?

        You want so see me
     Run away from you

        To the place of magic             Where poetry grows on trees?

You want another
                         Paper thin fillet of my heart  

Posted still beating for all to see

You want me
To pound the keys of this computer

Pulverizing the emotions
Until something flows from them

Like a pianist at a piano

You think that               Something amazing will come

  At your whim?

 
You think that this is easy
Don't you?

All I do is write

a perfect writer's rant. you captured what we all do. :) It's not easy to come up with ideas.....I think when we are stuck.....we should just read.....nothing wrong with reading. It's how we gain knowledge and wisdom. Another great piece. :D
