In your Arms

In your Arms

A Poem by Roberta Weth
"

older poem I found while restoring my work

"

I open up my heart to you
Opening a nonexistent door
You are omniscient you already know
Everything I want to say
You know my joy, my hope , my pain
Everything I've given up to you
There is to much for me to carry
On my own
So I take up my cross
To lay it at your feet
Because I know you will carry it for me
I come to you
Full of scars from wounds
Of memories both real
And imagined
All my pain and frustration boiling over
Knowing that I won't get an answer
I can't possibly understand
The twists and turns
All of the obstacles on the
Path of your plan
So I come to you on my knees
To give it all away

Why hasn't anybody reviewed this yet? This is wonderful work. It portrays the simplicity and beauty of what God did for us. Great!
