Replaying Murder

Replaying Murder

A Poem by Reeses
"

I miss him. As if his presence is floating around me. . .

"

That sad lonely day, is what my mind portray

The day a man took your lyfe away

She cried, yet they never heard her

Now I'm left on earth replaying murder

You were innocent and taken long before your tyme

I wonder if your demise ever appeared in your mind

As she cried, they never heard her

Left alone replaying murder

A family issue you wanted to end

He was not a foe or a friend

Still she cried, but they never heard her

Leaving me here to replay murder

Your character settled things and began to act

You were not expecting a bullet when you turned your back

Still crying, they begin to hear her

I'm left here replaying murder

One man dead, a new angel to guard earth

The joy of the afterlyfe equals the hurt

She still cries and now I hear her

The angel and I are left here replaying murder
