Hollowed Wing FlutterA Poem by Reddog19Just some random song that (somehow) turned rather religious... O.o
Hollowed wings flutter
Through the night, Masked by the scent Of the dawning light. Church bells, they ring, Echoing rays Of green, white, and purple For holy days. The water in streams Runs deep from the earth. The madness of hell Shall now have rebirth. Hollowed wings, they flutter, Through the night, Masked by the scent Of the dawning light. Hollowed wings flutter Away from sight. Deep-rooted forests are wrenched from the ground, That panic of people As they race around, Trying to find what little is left. The madness of hell Has come to a crest. Hollowed wings, they flutter, Through the night, Masked by the scent Of the dawning light. Hollowed wings flutter Away from sight. Here It comes now! Our Savior, Our King! The mighty Lord God, Salvation He brings! On steeds of light He races the night, To save His people From an abhorrent sight. Hollowed wings, they flutter, Through the night, Masked by the scent Of the dawning light. Hollowed wings flutter Away from sight. Hollowed wings, they flutter, Through the night, Now sharpened by the scent Of the Dawning Light. Hollowed wings, they flutter, Away from sight.
