a two thirty-two showingA Poem by J. Randall DoddI often wish for days gone past when seconds held no sway when the concepts of time went undiscovered the struggle tween moments was marked only through battles of suns and moons when the ageing hand held no watch you there the reader that is reading do you remember the moment the moment when time first perceived that first clash with unseen enemy when the beginning of your end was marked I remember not too many seconds have passed septillions maybe multiples more once we basked together naked in the sun uncaring of the time so let us hurry now we shant be late for the show © 2010 J.
