A Waterfall Of TearsA Poem by Isabelle HowardJust when I thought I couldn't be hurt more...............
Just when I thought
My feelings weren't even there anymore She goes and says it And more tears spill at an alarming rate. I am so hurt No words can describe My hatred, yet love For these feelings I have In my cold, blackened old heart For the girl that I've known Since before time-it feels like She'll be a woman soon And me, still a child With my dirty old playthings And my butterfly bedspread And somehow, I think, She won't wait for me to grow But run away Out of my reach forever.
