Gazing

Gazing

A Poem by Sanja Renee

Can I commandeer the path that your eyes doth pursue; if only for a moment? If I smile all knowingly, cross my legs ever so slowly, while flicking my lacquered high heel?

Truth be told, I've already traced your ignited gaze back to me. At first, it was a prickly burn on my skin felt so succinctly from the fire ablaze within those impassioned eyes; those eyes that met mine, as we whispered our innuendos through matching peering gazes, sealed with an implicative smile.

But now, truth be told, you have commandeered the path that my lucid thoughts doth pursue..
