Elemental Despair

The Liquid tears you cry
for the Fire in my grin.
Over and over again.

The grave I'm Digging

in a Whirlwind.
It's taking over and over again.

Fighting and Burning
Loving and Drowning
Searching and Digging
Giving up and Blowing away

The Raindrops fall from the sky
as Flames burn my world to the ground.

Over and over again.

The trees fall to the Earth

as the Wind blows them down.
It's really over and over again.

In a Fire Burning

in this Ocean of Drowning
six feet deep in the Earth
and running out of Air.
Elemental Despair

I like your title here. Earth, wind, fire and water, basic and necessary elements and substances, used in describing despair is interesting. I can definitely feel a struggle that someone wants to win, but not positive they will. Nice write!
