A Poem by Becky
"

Again there was no real inspiration for this poem either. The words just flowed out.

"
Toiling away the
moonlit hours.
I am anxious to see
the early morning flowers.
I can't seem to sleep
My thoughts run so
deep.
I am impatient to see
what the future holds.
Is it to be a
whirlwind of fancy parties with
feathers of gold, or is it where my
soul is sold and bought?
Some never give the
future much thought.
Can it be possible for
me to live a life of happiness.
Where there is family
and no more empty loneliness.
A life of love and
full-filled dreams, or will there be
darkness and shadow.
Life has been hard and rough.
I should be thankful it has
made me tough.
I want to be the glue that
holds my family together. Even in the
stormiest weather.
So no matter what the
future brings, I wish to always
appreciate the family thing.
