Prologue. back story to One World not Three

Story
Brief history build up
2000 A summit is held to discuss reasons for Earth' slowly dying state
and in a bold move to stop carbon emissions they put a worldwide ban
on all grand tours, festivals, live performances and any other gathering
of more than 20 people (excluding weddings and funerals and a few other exceptions)
Mainly the summit targeted music tours and other music related performances.
This caused a public uproar in many countries but the summit stayed firm on this
law. Slowly the music industry started to die with less and less bands and soloists
appearing until all that was left was what had already been made.
People still learnt how to play instruments but only as pass times.

Finally however in the year 2014 the date of the next summit A whole city worth of people marched upon the meeting place many of them armed, rioting right into the still
in session meeting and held a protest right before the governors of the world,
charities who used to receive larger amounts of donations from tours joined in
and eventually the ban was lifted.

The year is now 2015, music is still recovering at a steady pace b with only a few
music producing companies existing around the world (mainly in the Bands, D.J's, Soloists are popping up from nowhere with Music producing companies popping from
nowhere. In celebration of this revive the very first International Tour is being put together, the largest tour ever known to man with uncountable musicians
on the road. Nearly every major and minor City around the world has a stage/s
or club/s set up ready.

The system is being run by just about every single music producing company
and is a somewhat complex and confidential system.
Every musician is noted for and has a specific time table and place to be around the
world and where one band leaves a stage to move on with there specific tour
someone else will fill the spot.
Not every band goes by themselves either to keep soloists and smaller groups of
the road 'covens' have been created which could be a mixture of bands, D.J's etc.
