The Bottom of the never ending spiral

 So this is it...
The end of the rope
the finale of a story noone really knows of
The cut in the invisible line
The derelict bond to the universe
severed
for all eternity
nothing can repear this cord
as this cord is no longer existant
So This
is the bottom
of my downward spiral

Forgiven filth starving in this land of plenty
with nothing connecting this world and the next
just a dark empty nothingness that
burns a hole through the back of my head
and scarring the words that have been long lost
this feeling of fear and anger
sickening me
Arrogance and Stupidity serround us all
open your eyes
The nightmares are becoming more and more real every day
that we stand and breathe this air
cant you see what we are doing to this world
not just to us but to others
Choking us your mistakes burn
and i cant see a way through
So
what do we do now....
continue to ignore it
well
we are human
mortal
we cant help being weak
its how were made

This is great. The title grabbed my attention, as one of my favorite albums is Nine Inch Nails "The Downward Spiral". I'll be checking out your other work for sure.
