You have pulled me through so much
If not at the same time
Individually
You have held me above muddy waters
that would swallow me whole...
You held me when I needed holding
And calmed me when I was angry...
I realise now who you are
you are my truth
my Friends
My life
I realise this now
and regret I hadnt sooner

Im grateful
For the love you have shown me
the loans that you let me off
the compliments and reasurrance that im not alone
There is never a chance that I would ever contemplate Suicide
because I have you there to support me before I contemplate Harming...
Im happy to have you there
all of you
to hold my secrets
to support me
so to you all I say
