Karma...can we make amends?

Karma, I know you're a b***h, but will you please forgive me? The things i've done were wrong and I messed up so much, but I can't continue to feel this way. I will change, I will do good, I will be good, but please I do not want to be punished and crushed by you anymore. I deserved what I got, but i've learned from it. Can you and I put the past behind us and can we have a new relationship? Where i'm doing the right thing and good things come of it? Where i'm smiling instead of crying, joyful instead of miserable and full of energy instead of lifelessness. The lighting from the storm left burns that still are yet to heal, but i'll use them as a reminder. Of my past mistakes, of my poor choices and immaturity. Karma, you've changed me. You almost made me lose hope, but let go I will not. Karma, I know you're a b***h, but will you give me another shot?

I could've written this myself, it so mirrors my feelings about life. I might write my message to God, but I still admire your words written to Karma, becuz that's a viable force in our lives, too! (((HUGS))) What makes this good is your humility, admitting your wrongs, accepting your knocks, & yet still self-confident enuf to plug your good deeds & how you've changed for the better. This is a very balanced self-view. We should all be so astute in our attitudes!
