The beach

The beach

A Poem by Anna
"

A nice poem about memories of the beach. Enjoy :)

"
The ocean in view, the sun shining bright
I'll always remember this wonderful sight

I loved the magnificent crystal white sand
I would pick it up with my child hands
And look at the pebbles, where boulders did stand

I loved the unique seashells that the ocean let free
I would observe it in awe, my face filled with glee
Listening to the ocean that flowed within me

I loved how the ocean breeze played with my hair
I would undo my braids, To breath in the summer air
Making it flow like the oceans out there

I loved the green palm trees that were ever so tall
I would lie underneath them, listening to seagulls call
Wondering, how a single seed started it all

I loved the rippling waves that crashed onto shore
I would dive underneath them, my imagination ready to explore
Knowing that big waves or small, there will always be more

I loved the Palm Trees
The Ocean Breeze
The Salty Air
The Sun-Kissed Hair
The Endless Summer
Just Take Me There
