Ignorance

Ignorance

A Poem by Ryan
"

I know its easy to call the majority of us Ignorant but... I had to put my thoughts down.

"
Sorrow for our great loss of intellect; mankind's greatest tragedy.

Our minds have grown stagnant and our voices muted,
Ignorance swarms us like a virulent plague, choking out our divine essence.
We are destined to become a populous of benighted fools.
Our mathematics, medicine, and technology, are not what make us human.
Our origin is what ties us to this existence,
Listen to the soul, it will lead us home.
