'midnight theorizations

circling a missing truth'

it is not often i read poetry about mathematics, most poets seem to have more of an affinity with words rather than numbers, but i can sense a love of their pure abstract quality in this. fantastic.

this could be used to also describe a poet composing a poem. There is something mysterious about mathematics, dont you think? Thanks Robin, I enjoyed this.

You took me back to my college days, and had a mild panic attack. Dropped Calc II like a hot potato. Words are my friends...numbers, not so much.

Damn! Rockin Robin!

Arabic numerals never seemed so sensual.
You are true poet.
To me, it seems poetry is just your first language,
and that's that.

Now that I know you better...this is about magic? We have used math to make marvelous advancements...we can create and destroy with it. Math helps solves problems..and it can create problems. Math has it's place in almost everything...it keeps the rhythm of time and space.

so well put...math is beautiful inside its own realm....but reducing everything in life to a set of equations is a recurring theme of folly nowadays in the halls of academe...one day, perhaps, this will become clear

you know, it's always the "intangible variables" that muck me up, ... every time.

the fractal infinity that is the devil disguised in repetition.....

The master of truth, it all adds up.
