Kanji

Kanji

A Poem by Robin
"

liquid neon

"

sleepless

waiting - again

the foreign voice - taunting

uncomfortable fluorescence

flickering

a token mural - weary

reflections on black glass

shadow in the corner

leaning on everyone

slide away

the cursive night - guttural

onomatopoeia

lost in translation

hypnotic neon

brush strokes upon a midnight mirage

forgotten Kanji

'brush strokes upon a midnight mirage

forgotten Kanji'

love that image, the sense of language, the poetry wrapping city colours 'flourescence' and 'neon' and the way this contrasts with 'reflections on black glass' (gorgeous image). this poem left me moving in different directions but i loved the poetic slant and the choice of words and image. stunning!

i wonder if it is not too late to contemplate and learn the meaning of the brush strokes...it takes the meditative patience of the lover of nature to absorb the meaning of those symbols...you seem to have found that peace

You have a gift of bringing the reader into your world... provoking the mind to reach the outer limits of the box that contains the mundane. I am enlightened by your mesmerizing view of Kanji...There is always a Brilliant theme illuminated in your work of Art. Brilliant write!

You are always excellent at creating the mood, with such a few words, even.. Penetrating, captivating.

I have to look up what Kanji is or who, but I am in awe. I have to really take a step because you are really amazing. I just started to click and like the trigger was pulled I have been blown away. Amazed. Now speechless.
no smoke blowing. You must read them to yourself and get a dose of how this makes one feel, step outside and look through the window, I don't think I am actually capable of speechless but rambling I can do:) Just perfect....

A raw piece of beauty, some Kanji are forgotten, as rōmaji can be born... but this peace is full of hidden messages, for someone special, I guess.

Enjoyed this woven virtual artwork, a good one!
