Temples

Temples

A Poem by Robin

ouroboros in white jade

basho in the garden of dreams

a giesha winks

coy

gentle palms attentive

a diamond on velvet

lipstick on glass

Red - I can taste it

lush words spill

butterfly shimmers solar plexus

fingers glide spinal secrets

folded temples of origami

a romantic wrapped in Zen

lovers instinct - breathless

spiral concerto

my arms raise her

spread wings - free her

honeybee nectar

savored sun

naked morning glow

eyes in rhythm

radiance

This is your pure heart, translated in words. Well done Robin. Such an art of you and a journey to read...
Such a bliss for the one you wrote it for...
And such a painting on canvas for eternity!

'my arms raise her
spread wings - free her'

some tremendous images in this gliding through the consciousness like liquid golds. Love that first line and the way the poetry builds. Stunning!

I love the flashes of vision, and colour, and sensation which have a 'separateness' one from the other... yet coalesces into a beautiful poem.
