Temples

Temples

A Poem by Robin

ouroboros in white jade

basho in the garden of dreams

a giesha winks

coy

gentle palms attentive

a diamond on velvet

lipstick on glass

Red - I can taste it

lush words spill

butterfly shimmers solar plexus

fingers glide spinal secrets

folded temples of origami

a romantic wrapped in Zen

lovers instinct - breathless

spiral concerto

my arms raise her

spread wings - free her

honeybee nectar

savored sun

naked morning glow

eyes in rhythm

radiance

I enjoyed how disembodied this was from the parts, and how the sum of the parts created an impression. Extremely unique, unfiltered and surreal.

I resonate with the oriental non-secular flavor and Taoistic imprints.

This is in a dimension all its own. It can capture and hold one aloft in its magic.

all of this... naturally... but for some reason that line : 'eyes in rhythm' ... that is the stand out image for me. so many ways to understand that. thoughtful, lyrical, and intricate, as always.

what a great way to worship, very sensual. have you read any of the classic japanese tanka? for many centuries, it was a large part of courting rituals, much like what you have here, i like you might enjoy them. anyway, loved the poem.

This is like one long orgasm in words. Brilliant. The origami temples was my favourite line. Thank you for the read.
