I walked

 

and I awakened

 

along the river of Kings

 

to a waterfall graced

 

by blazing stars and red maids

 

the end of the trail

 

with so much more

 

in this season of light

 

for me to explore

 

my heart accepting

 

the invitation

funny how water has a way of awakening the heart. We live between two mountain creeks, the whole mountain is nested with slow and quick running streams. There is incredible energy coursing through every one. How could anyone one resist an invitation?

A vision of transpired hope. I can hear the flow of rapids calling back from the edge of the trail already traveled. Calm now the water runs as the sun dances off its reflected surface. This piece makes me want to skip rocks...
