Winters heartA Poem by Razer990A piece about my love of winter
Some think it dreary, cold and bleak
But it's our Winters heart I keep And whilst beneath the silver clouds It's not contentment that I seek Though some disdain the cutting wind And flee before the piercing rain I see the beauty in the gloom Where others see monotonous pain Enraptured I look on the hills Like giants looming in the mist And weep for those who aren't content With Winters cold and vibrant kiss Though harsh and barren it may seem The fires of heaven can't tear apart My overcast and shadowed dream I've known the love of Winters heart © 2017 Razer990Author's Note
