Fortune or famineA Poem by Razer990A piece about dishonest men
What fortune has the dishonest man
Who wraps himself in warm deceit Who tells himself ambition lies In feeding on what others reap He casts a shadow in the glow Of vibrant hearts and open minds To drag the waters of the deep Intent on keeping what he finds For though he breaths in quiet sighs Believing all his secrets kept The vigilant see through his guise To all the tears his victims wept Dishonest men fear not the light Convinced their sins have gone unseen But truth unveils and rends the souls of those who prey on others dreams © 2017 Razer990Author's Note
