Iscariot's Legacy

Iscariot's Legacy

A Poem by Ren

My Kiss of death
is the son's final breath

I gain nothing but damnation
From this sin by Satan's carnation
I know my father, I'll rot for deceit
No water will cleanse these holy feet
Forever, the world in matrimony
holds sacrament from my godless duty
I am the giver of the cross
Forever shall it be graced by all of us
Even though I will suffer by brimstone
I will bow before you and pray to your son
Nevermore seeking divine forgiveness
Serving myself for God's assured justice
I will forever be penitent
never hating the clouds for my judgment
A fallen apostle of a messiah
A fallen hope of mortals alive
I've drank from the cup of Lucifer
The one thrown down by the merry shepherd
I've tasted what no other soul will drink
No mortal will share my fate with link
My soul will be divulged in the serpent's mouth
No feeling Dis will ever allow
I shall be remembered as the traitor
And forgotten as a child with HIS prayer

My legacy will never bind your soul
I am the giver of the cross, a man as a whole

Ren
The only religious poem I ever wrote. Another one I personally liked.
