Chapter 14

This is where Keera's old family comes back into the picture

~Akiras POV~
     Damn this girl has had a tough life. She really misses these people from that gang. I get up off the floor and head to the door. Im going to go look for these people, I have a feeling they know more then shes saying.
"Hey bro, where you going?" Reb asks.
"Out, dont know when Ill be back." I reply then vanish. Ill go to her home town and investigate. Bemdji doesnt seem that big.
      If I was in a gang where would I hang out? I ask myself. Ill go check out the mall first. Hopefully these people didnt change their looks. While walking around I keep my ears open. I go into an arcade, it seemed to draw me in.
"Come on were never going to find her." I hear someone say. That draws me to walk closer to the voice.
"Im not giving up, I know shes alive and out there somewhere, I can feel it." I heard another reply.
"Say we do find her, then what?" Asks one person.
"Yeah, Flame is right. She probably doesnt remember us." A third person says. After I heard the name Flame I walked up to them.
"Hi im Akira and I think I know who your looking for and where shes at." I say cooly.
"Yeah and how do you know?" One guy with blue hair asks.
"Your looking for Keera Legna right?" I ask smiling
"Yeah, how you know her?" A guy with pink hair asks.
"She saved my life, then I saved hers. Finally got her to open up and talk alittle about her past." I say frowning at the memories.
"Do you know if she really wants us back." One with red hair asks.
"I dont know, but she really needs you four. By the way can you tell me your names." I ask looking like an idiot.
"Im Flame." The red head with blue highlights says. He looks around 21.
"Im Ice." The blue hair with white highlights says. He looks around 17.
"Im Rage." The pink haired with purple highlights says. He looks around 19.
"Im Mayhem." The guy with yellow, blue, purple, red, and pink hair says. He looks around 22.
"So where is Ke-Ke?" Ice asks.
"keera lives in Salkola, NJ" I say.
"Damn we have no way to get there." Rage yells out.
"Ill take care of that. Do you want to fly or drive?" I ask.
"Fly" They all say at the same time, I laugh. Making them glare daggers at me.
"Were going to have to leave tommorow. Got a place I can chrash?" I ask.
"You can stay at are place." Flame says smiling.
"Cool. well im going to go outside and call the airport for tickets." I say heading out, followed by the foursome.
"Hi, id like five first class tickets to Salkola, New Jersey first thing in the mornining." I say to the lady at the airport.
"Okay 1:30pm works. If I rent a car from Bemdji, MN can I leave it at your airport?" I ask. "Alright thank you." I hang up and look at the four. Each of them have their jaws hanging on the ground. "Whats wrong?" I ask.
"First class, thats a little much, dontcha think." Mayhem says.
"No. I hate flying coach. Plus you got better service in first class." I say laughing.
"Okay, but I think thats a little much." Mayhem replies.
"No. A little much is going in a limo." I reply smiling. "Dont worry I could by a privite plane if I want. 3 mansions wiht servents, 2 malls and 10 movie theaters. Now thats over doing it." I laugh at the thought of it. What would I do with all that s**t. They all laugh with me a little uneasy. "So what now?" I ask them.
"Home, which is across the street." Flame says walking in the direction to the apartments.
"So can you tell me if my little sister smokes weed." Flame asks.
"Not that I know of, why?" I ask.
"She used to smoke all the time, till I found out and kicked sense into her."Flame replied. "She starts again, im going to be really pissed." After he says that I notice his aura appear and spirtiual wings appear.
"Well lets hope she doesnt. But this time it might be harder to kick some sense into her. She fights when shes angry or sad. Shes got quite a record under her belt." I say.
Mayhem growls, Ice frowns, Flame grits his teeth, and I can see Rage turning red.
We reach a townhouse, Flame walks in after unlocking the door. I notice there is nothing in the apartment.
"We dont really live here, came back to find Keera." Mayhem says. Now that I get a better look at them. I notice none of them are human.
Flame is a fallen angel, Ice is a water dragon, Rage is a dark angel, and Mayhem is a Demon.
"I have a feeling you know Keera isnt normal." I reply.
"Yeah how did you know?" Ice replies.
"Why would creatures of the night world take a human as a sister." I reply. Before I knew it Mayhem had me pinned to the wall. Boy is he strong and fast.
"What are you? What do you really want?" Mayhem seethes out.
"I am a vampire, and I want to know how Keera is a dark angel." I gasp out. Mayhem lets me go.
"So she really is one." Rage blurts out. "Hoping it wouldnt effect her."
"Huh?" I ask.
"Rage just tell him." Mayhem tells Rage.
"I rapped her mother. It was an accident. Her smell set the lust in me on fire. I didnt know she got pregnant or had a child till I saw Keera walking down the street. We had her join are group, so I could keep an eye on her. Plus we also wanted to protect her from her abusive brother. I was hoping I couldnt pass my genetics to Keera. Guess hoping doesnt do much help." Rage says all in one breath.
"You ever going to tell her?" I ask.
"Im going to have to." Rage says sadly.
"Dont worry, she will forgive you. I dont think she could live without forgiving, helping, and bringing people together." I say laughing.

   Ah that girl brought are number one enemy to befriend us. He attacks her and she forgives him, then saveshis life from Rebel. Speaks her mind not afraid who she hurts or what trouble she will get in.
"She was ATTACKED." Rage screams turning beat red. Uh-Oh.
"Yeah, but shes fine. Look you dont want to do anything irrational. Keera wouldnt like it if you hurt of kill anybody." I say calmly, trying to calm him down.
"I DONT CARE, HE HURT MY DAUGHTER!!" Rage screams.
'Caine can you bring Keera to where I am, Bring the others if you have to.' I say in my mind. 'LEAVE CADRIAN THERE'
A second later Caine and Keera appear. Keera is on Caines back sleeping, I think.
"Hey thanks. Who else is coming?" I ask.
"Rebel and Cassidy. Oh he broke your spell by the way. then he went home, to cause chaos." Caine replies making me growl.
"Caine can you put me down please." Keera asks.
"Oh sorry. Your so light I forgot you were on my back." Caine replies while setting her down. Once her feet hit the floor Rage and the others engulfed her in a huge hug. "Cant breathe." Keera whispers out. After they let go Cadrian appears, oh s**t.
"You guys leave without me, how rude." Cad says. Rage gets infront of him punching him in the face.
"You are stupid enough to come here after you attack my child, dumbshit." Rage yells. Punching him in the face again. He was about to kick him when Keera stands in between them.
~Keeras POV~
"I dont know why your angry, but punching somebody who doesnt know why your angry is wrong, Rage." I say holding my arms out.
"He ATTACKED you!!" Rage yells out.
"I also tried to kill him the first day we met." I yelled back. "Its done and over with."
"Its not done till I beat the s**t out of him" Rage yells back.
"The only person allowed to beat him for attacking me is ME. I ALREADY DID THAT" I yell back. "Like I said before its done and over with."
Rage huffs calming down. "Hurt her again I will kill you." Rage says in a low dangerous voice.
"Alright. So who are you guys. Akira why are you here anyways?" Cadrian asks. Keera runs up to Rage hugging him first then Flame, Ice, and Mayhem.
"Their my family. Rage is the pink haired one, Flame is the red haired one, Ice is the blue haired one, and Mayhem is the multi colored haired one." I say smiling.
"When did you get out and Akira how did you find them." I squealed in happiness.
"The mall. Turns out they were looking for you." Akira says smiling.
"Hey you aint smoking green are you?" Flame asks me. Think fast, think fast.
"No I gave that up along time ago." I lied hoping he wouldnt see through it.
"TRUTH NOW!!" Flame yells, damn it. mmm Flame is a giant t**d in a giant tub of pigs.
"What the hell does that mean." Flame yells out. I groan, god damn I hate mind readers. "If you read minds raise your hands." I tell/ask. Everybody raises their hands. I groan again.
"Answer the question." Flame yells again.
"I picked up a bowl after Danny made me move to New Jersey. So since I was 14 years old. I havent had any for about 4 days now." I spill out. Flame growls, oh s**t. "Hey Caine you want to bring me home now."
"No can do. Dont want to get in the middle of a family fued." Caine says holding in a laugh, I groan.
"I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THAT, I ALSO SAID THAT I WOULD KICK YOUR A*S AND HAVE RAGE GROUND YOU!!!" Flame yells out beyond pissed.
"Rage cant ground me, hes not my dad. I DONT HAVE A DAD!!" I scream pissed off. My wings pop out, I try putting them back in, but it doesnt work.
"They wont go back in till you calm down." Rage says voice filled with hurt.
"I know youll find it hard to believe but I am your father." After he finished two wings sprouted out of his back. They were both a dark red with a purple streak. "You have a red streak, while I have a purple. Its a way to identify parents to a child." I feel faint. I fall on my knees feeling really weak and lightheaded.
"All this time Ive been by my father and didnt know." I mumble under my breath. "Why didnt you tell me?"
"I was when you were older, but then we got arrested and seperated." Rage says kneeling in front of me. I lean into his shoulder and cry. I find my family and father. I dont know if these tears are from pain, sadness, or happiness. Im going with happiness. I get up running to Akira, engulfing him into a huge hug. "Thank you so much Akira." I say crying into his chest. He rubs my back gently. "Your welcome kiddo." Akira replies while smiling.
"What no hug for me, you know I deserve a hug for being sexy." Rebel says hurt. I laugh. "Your anything but sexy." I reply back. He gasps putting his hand over his broken heart. " I am deeply hurt that you dont think this is sexy." Rebel says while motioning to his shirtless body. Showing off his tone abbed chest.
"Im sorry" I say while giving him a hug. "Your still not sexy." I whisper in his ear. We both burst into laughter.
"Guys what did I miss while I was gone." Akira asks worried.
"Keera, Rebel, and Cadrian found a new game." Caine replies.
"Yeah they make comments about each other till somebody acts hurt, then they get a hug." Cassidy says, looking out from behind Caine. Akira glares at Cassidy.
"NO we just mess around with each other. Course Rebel learned calling me pet names gets his a*s kicked." I say while sticking my tongue out at him.
"Hey dont forget about Cadrian. Although he likes slapping your a*s." Rebel says sticking his tongue out at me. I saw all four of the boys go red. What to say to save Cadrian.
"Its all fun and games, no harm done. If I dont like it I will beat him myself." I say to the four, who are about to blow.
"I dont believe you can beat him up so we'll do it." Mayhem says. I clench my teeth.
"Alright Mayhem your the same size so how bout this. Me you in a ring back home. If I beat you, you guys leave Cadrian alone for good. I lose you can beat him up yourself." I say. "Deal"
"I am not going to fight you." Mayhem says.
"Then nobody lays a hand on Cadrian." I say
"Fine. Deal.' Mayhem Sighs. I smile.
"Alright lets go now." I say smiling wider.
"Alright." Mayhem says while hugging me. We teleport to the outer part of the building, I walk up to Killer and Dev.
"Yo Keera, long time no see." Dev says while giving me a man handshake
"I know. Well Im fighting tonight." I say giving Killer a man handshake.
"Fighting multi colored haired fellow." Killer asks I nod my head while heading to the locker room. I wear my ruthless shirt and tapout shorts.
Oh s**t they are all going to freak about my tattoo. Oh well I dont care. After I change, I head to the gates.
