Change

I've learned that people change to much

Someone you've known forever can be a different person

And you are too

If you fall down

No one is going to help you up

If your put on a pedestal

No one is going to praise you

That's how life works

That's how it should be

Learn from your mistakes on your own

Don't make people learn them for you

People can always change

But no one can change back

Life is cruel

It's suppose to be that way

Someone hates you

Get over it and move on

No one is truly ever happy

Because we are made to change

And change brings new desires

Wants, hopes, wishes, dreams

Some may never be fulfilled

But that's because people don't work to fulfill them

Life sucks

Cry me a river and move on

You see reality is cruel

And life is cold

The only way to stay warm

Is to work to knit yourself a blanket

That's just how it is

Accept it

Or not

That's your choice
