Reeling from spinning sensations in the sky,
he fills himself with the color of the air,

France, the army, and Josephine. Sorry, I do not know why I am reminded of Napoleon. Perhaps, it is the spiritual grandeur of this piece. He did have grande dreams and travelled far, but he travelled to conquer and not to learn. Oh, there is the connection. Okay, Alex, I will take potpourri for a 1000;)
A very powerful poem with a dynamic philosophy. I feel that everyone in this world is just a fragment of something much larger than it actually is, and I believe you've written a wonderful poem. Thanks for writing and sharing.
Invoking names and especially of The Divine carries a lot of power and devotion. Words can carry powerful meanings for the traveler on the journey. You are creating sensational and truthful poems with your work(s). :)...........
"For whose sake does the traveller lose his way?"
That is a very good question! But I can't think of an answer. :/
Some parts made me think of a Samurai whereas others made me imagine a weary traveler trying to find one spec of good in the world.
Well written, insightful and pretty darn good!
