StruggleA Poem by Raymond FederleStruggleIn the strange glittering night, strings of light across the sky. From Heavens Hell like neon liquid cyan, fell the fires of Orc. We hid sinful and luminous behind the twisted wreckage, saw ruinous times indeed. Vaporous and evil our spirit of thought ensnared as one the Devil's flock. Does God wander aimlessly, out of control, fighting to return the wavering fold? Locked in struggled combat, images of himself, on the feilds of Golgotha. Splitting atoms and splitting souls, time through space tearing holes. Be watchful yet unafraid, from all his wounds are sermons made. © 2015 Raymond FederleAuthor's Note |
