A poem about respecting women

Told I'm worthless

Told to go away.

I ask for your help,

You say you can do it, now go away!

You say mean things to me,

That mother doesn't hear.

You get away with it,

Which is not fair!

You call me names,

You yell at me.

When I need your help it's inconvince to you!

Disrespected, don't you see?

Don't you understand me?

don't you understand the way you treat me isn't right?

It bothers me late at night.

With all those words you said,

Running through my head.

I can't seem to go to bed.

I am full of dread.

Is this how it's always going to be?

Is this the way you'll always treat me?

This worries me to no end,

How you treat me when your with your friends.

Or when it's just you and me,

I needed your help don't you see?

There's some things I can no longer do,

And I need your help.

But you make me not want to ask,

because every time I need your help

It's always an inconvience to you!

This worries me alot,

You should know and I know you've been taught,

Disrespecting a woman is not right.

How do you sleep at night?
